Missing part of Settings after update to 18.1.1
On the settings screen part of the individual items like mail, contacts, calendar…phone, text messages…music, photos and others are missing.

What is happening if you type those missing settings in the search bar in settings? Do they pop up? If so it could be that they have moved
If they don't pop up you want to force restart your iPhone to see if the issues are persisting
Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button.When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Look in Settings -> Apps
That's where many of those settings can be found now.

They are NOT missing. Open the Settings App. Scan all the way down to the bottom of the page and see Apps. Tap Apps and all your apps are now listed alphabetically, where you can look for the app you want to change settings to there.
