Siri is not responding on my iPhone 16 Pro Max

For the microphone, it is not in any apps such as iMessages safari notes anything with a keyboard. For Siri, always listen to Siri is on I just got the iPhone 16 pro max and it’s not working I say hey siri or press the side button but it does not work.
