iCloud+ subscription issue

i bought iCloud+ and the money was taken from my account, but i can’t use the subscription

So how did you purchase the extra storage exactly?
Did you upgrade from that same location?
Also, is the logged in iCloud account the same one you upgraded the storage on?
If it does not appear within a few hours of upgrading it, then you would need to contact iCloud Support directly.
