Apple TV only buffering except YT

I have an Apple TV 4K 1st génération (ethernet but no usb-c plug), since a few days (can’t say if it’s linked to os18.1 since i was in auto update) the videos can’t launch anymore… on all apps (max, mycanal, arte,…). The apps runs well but when clicking on play it just buffer endlessly. except on The YouTube app where Videos launch and work perfectly well. I’ve tried everything from resetting to factory, unplug motor and router, change video settings… did anyone had the same issue ? And a clue to help ? Thanks !

Updates can take awhile to roll out to those on auto update so it's always recommended to manually check if you are running the latest firmware when issues occur.

Are you saying that you are already connected to ethernet? If not try switching from Wifi to ethernet. Also run a Speedtest to see what it reports.

Just wanted to be sure. So it looks like everything in your end is normal and this would warrant intervention from Apple.

i would advise contacting support, maybe they will have more questions to run through..but also diagnostics to determine if anything deeper is ongoing on.

thanks for the answer :). I’m on tvos18.1 (latest one), i tried to manually update too but no new version. Also tested both connexion (wifi + ethernet). Nothing fixed the problem :(
