this is how to disable touch screen on Apple Watch Ultra WITHOUT water lock.... I think I've solved it

hi all- here's how I lock my screen EASILY without having to use the annoying water lock feature! BUT it only works on the ultras as far as I know.

first- on your phone- go to your accessibility menu in the watch app.

set touch accommodations to on

set hold duration about 1.5 seconds

set swipe gestures to off

go to your action button settings

select accessibility

set accessibility feature to touch accommodations

now all you need to do to disable the screen and avoid annoying accidental swipes is press the action button, to turn the touch screen on and (sort of) off. but you STILL have access to the screen by pressing it for 1.5 seconds, this pretty much stops all annoying accidental swipes. set time however long you need. when you need the screen just press the button.

let me know if this works. having the screen constantly switching was driving me nuts lol.

good luck!

Paul.
