how to remove third party call from recent

m third-party apps like WhatsApp and Messenger appear in my Phone app’s call log under “Recents.” I want to stop these app calls from syncing with my call log and only display native phone calls.

I’ve tried disabling “Call Integration” and adjusting app permissions, but the issue persists. Is there a way to prevent third-party app calls from appearing in the call history?
