iPad keyboard layout change after update
I updated my iPad today and it changed my keyboard and I want the old one back to where I have the emoji key where the globe key is now. How do I get it back?

The native iPad Keyboard layout is determined by the iPad model and installed version of iPadOS - and cannot be changed.
Unless I completely misunderstood your issue, be aware that the Emoji key is the Globe key; the corresponding icon that you see is determined by whether or not you have multiple national keyboards (or Keyboard Apps) enabled in iPad settings.
By example - by adding/enabling an additional Keyboard in iPad settings (in this example, PadKeys), the Emoji key becomes the Globe Key:
Emojis remain available from the Globe Key exactly as before.
The controlling iPad settings is:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and use the edit button to remove any language keyboards besides emoji and the one you normally use.
