Hi there! I am 15 (almost 16) we have tried so many time to add my a payment card to apple wallet but it keeps saying “payment cards are not supported for this account”. Please Help!!

Please contact Apple Support in Dubai and confirm the age for use of electronic wallets in UAE. If you are old enough, it’s an issue with the Family Sharing Group and they would be able to assist with that as well.

What country are you in? Some countries restrict the use of electronic wallets to ages older than 15. Does your Apple Account/Apple ID show the correct birthdate? Are you part of an Apple Family Sharing Group?
I am in Dubai we moved from Ireland. Yes am in a Family Sharing Group managed by my Mom! Have checked the appleID and has correct birthdate 🤷♂️
