My Apple Cash account was restricted out of nowhere so I did the thing to verify my identity. It STILL said restricted so I called Apple support and answered all their questions and instead of unlocking my account she told me that my account is PERMANENTLY restricted and she can’t tell me why? So I did nothing but verified all the info anyway and my account is now permanently restricted and I can’t know why. This makes total sense. Thanks.

The Apple Cash is locked to any users under 18. If you are over 18 and have verified your identity… I would reach out to a supervisor at Apple. A question I have for you is have there been any large/possibly unusual amounts of money sent/recieved? That could be an issue due to Apple’s anti-criminal policy within their payment systems and their system may believe there is something illegal occurring if there are large amounts of money being sent. If you have not sent any money or have sent/recieved normal amounts then they should be able to assist you in recovering your access. I would highly recommend calling the 1-800 number and ask for a supervisor or Senior tech.
