Settings > General > Keyboard > Check Spelling [Enable]

While the iPhone's built-in keyboard doesn't offer extensive grammar checking like a dedicated grammar checker app, it does have basic spelling correction and auto-correction features.

Doesnt work since the 18.1.1 update. No spell check, no suggested words. Not in iMessages
