iTunes - deauthorize dead computers - no option to deauthorize all [Windows 11]

I have used the "deauthorize all" function in iTunes last time I had this problem, but this time that option does not appear in the Account menu. I have 4 out of my 5 allowed computers authorized at this time; 3 of them however are unusable, although they are still in my possession. What do I do? I am afraid of running out of authorizations.

I am using iTunes on Windows 11. Some of the dead computers used Windows 10 and maybe Windows 8 for the oldest one.

Alternatively, is there any way to revive a dead computer long enough to deauthorize from that computer? I can't remember if it was a battery issue or a hard drive issue that broke each computer.
