My phone froze and the shut down. I get a screen that shows to plug it in and then restart it. When I do that it goes right back to the screen that shows plugging it in. I can’t get anywhere else on the phone. Any suggestions?

You need to plug it into a computer to restore the device. If you do not have one, you can use a friends computer or take it to an Apple Store and it can be done there.
