I don’t really understand what is happening because just bought this iPhone but when I go to Face ID it keeps and I click on it to sign up it tells me the procedure to go about then it just stops by saying Face ID isn’t available.Try again later

What's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
...Also, go to Settings > General > About
Does it say anything there about the battery?
