In the latest Sequoia OS hot corners doesn't work as it used to anymore.
I used to rely on hot corners to reveal the desktop and interact with files and folders there. However, now, when I use hot corners, the desktop is still visible, but it’s no longer responsive—you can’t click or interact with any of the icons, only view them.

A couple things to try is to make sure you've updated to Sequoia 15.1.1. Then try accessing the hot corner settings again by turning them off and then back on again in System Settings > Desktop & Dock area. If these ideas don't fix it, try booting into safemode then back again to see if that helps.

Safe Mode was a good diagnostic.
Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...
