Enable JS and disable any ad blocker

Today whilst trying to get onto a website for my mobile phone account I got this:

'Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker'.

I checked and JS is enabled. Don't have a clue where to look for ad blocker. Thinking might be problem with the website, as can access part of the site, but not this page.

Any ideas? Please treat as a complete novice when it comes to the Mac:)

Safari -> Settings -> Extensions

If you have any ad blockers, that's most likely where one would be. Another thing to check is Safari -> Preferences -> Privacy. If "Prevent cross-site tracking" and "Hide IP address" are checkmarked, try unchecking them and then see if your site works. Some sites are coded to fail if those settings are active.

If this doesn't help, let us know what site you're trying to access and we can check it and perhaps offer additional suggestions.

Regards.
