Grayed out 'Agree' button on MacBook Air Terms and Conditions
I have a new (refurbished) MacBook Air, and I'm stuck on the Terms and Conditions page with an "agree" button that's grayed.

I contacted Apple Support and got it resolved. For those who encounter the same problem, go back a page and select "skip account setup."

Thanks for sharing.
It is unfortunate that this issue has existed now for several years. I don't know why Apple doesn't fix it or at least remove the option to sign into the AppleID until after agreeing to the EULA.
