Since macOS update 15.1.1 and iOS update 18.1.1 my Apple Watch will no longer unlock my Mac. Why is that? I tried the method another user had recommended, but it didn't work for me.

It can be a software glitch, please restart your devices to see if the issues persist. If the issues perisist you might want to give this as feedback to apple so that they can look into it, please do so using this link Product Feedback - Apple
Thanks for your help, WheelieNick. I did find an article on the Mac Observer, by Jeff Gamet, that addressed this directly. The article dates from 2018, so I had to update it to reflect Apple Settings on the Sequoia macOS, but after I did that, and applied it, it worked like a charm. Apple Watch unlocks my Mac again!
