How Can I Access My iCloud Mail Since My Account Is Locked and Device Wiped?

I recently wiped my iPhone, but my iCloud account is locked. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my iCloud inbox or any other associated services.

I have tried the following steps without success:

1. Logging into iCloud.com – It keeps telling me that my Apple ID is locked.

2. Attempting to reset my Apple ID password via Apple ID Recovery – I get the message that my Apple ID is either not valid or not supported.

3. Using other devices or third-party email clients with IMAP/SMTP settings – This doesn’t work because the account is locked.

I am stuck at this point and need access to my iCloud inbox urgently. Is there any way to bypass or resolve this issue without access to my original device? I’m also wondering if Apple Support can assist further and how I might prove ownership of the account.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

If the account is permanently locked then it is doubtful even Apple an help you with it. They likely won't even tell you why. This is based on what others have commented in similar situations. As for the email, it too is lost for good. You are welcome to contact Apple but if it is a permanent lock I would not be optimistic.

the only thing you can try is to Contact - Official Apple Support to regain access to your locked account
