I’m trying to reset my apple ID password to be able to sign out of my apple ID to factory reset the phone. But each time i try i get put onto the 1 hour security delay. when that finishes i do the face ID that’s required and press reset and it makes me wait another hour. it’s a loop and i can’t stop it

When the stolen device protection is on you must try to reset the iPhone when on a secure location (home, work) then you dont have the one hour delation and maybe you can continue that way

The phone is at the home location. we managed to get into reset the password but it’s asking for the 25 digit key. however we don’t have it. Can’t get into another icloud as i don’t have the password for it either so i’m stuck. all i want to do is factory reset the phone
