Can my iPad support Bluetooth 5.0?
Apple appears to be very restrictive on progressing to higher versions of Bluetooth. Can I access Bluetoot v 5?

The physical "radio" hardware in your iPad (Cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth) cannot be upgraded. While system software can be updated, a software update can not transform Bluetooth 4.0 into Bluetooth 5.0 hardware.
