Where can I see my pending purchases so I cancel them?

Pending Purchases need to be canceled I purchased things on apps a while ago that I didn’t have the money for, but it will not let me cancel them. I do not want to retry purchasing these items(i don’t have the money for them anyway) and i cannot update my apps because of this, I know you’re not able to cancel pending transactions, but does anyone know how I can update my apps if it’s saying i cannot until these purchases go through??

Pending purchases cannot be cancelled. You can view your purchase history here:
