MacOS Sequoia Upgrade on External SSD Error "User Interaction Required"

This apparently is a common error when Upgrading MacOS to an External Boot SSD and has something to do with Ownership and Permissions on the Ext SSD. I have not been able to follow the Terminal commands to make myself owner of the SSD and give myself permission
