How can I set natural scrolling independently

I recently started using an external mouse and have a question about the scrolling settings for the mouse and trackpad. I prefer the mouse scroll wheel to move in the same direction as the scrollbar, just like it does on Windows, which I've used for over a decade. As for the trackpad, its "natural" scrolling feels good, similar to how scrolling works on a phone. 

However, I noticed that the natural scrolling setting applies to both the mouse and trackpad at the same time. Changing the scrolling direction for one automatically changes the other, which feels counterintuitive and not very "natural".

Is there a way to configure the scrolling direction independently for the mouse and trackpad?
