Change screen time passcode without apple device

My son has an iPhone SE. When we got it I used it to set up an apple id for myself along with the screen time passcode. We then set the phone up as a child profile for my son. We don't have any other apple devices. He's guessed my screen time passcode so when his time is up he simply overrides the restriction. Can I change my screen time passcode without using an apple device or without loosing my son's data? Thanks
