Download activity data from Fitness to spreadsheet

Hi, it appears there is no an easy way to directly download activity data (i.e. walking, swim, etc.) from the Fitness app to a spreadsheet, without going through some hoops. Note that this can be done easily with Garmin watch, but I'm considering buying a new Apple Ultra 2 and this is an issue for me. Thanks for any help.

See this on how to export your data to a XML file to see It in a spreadsheet

You can export all of your health and fitness data from Health in XML format, which is a common format for sharing data between apps.

  1. Go to the Health app  on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your picture or initials at the top right.
  3. If you don’t see your picture or initials, tap Summary or Browse at the bottom of the screen, then scroll to the top of the screen.
  4. Tap Export All Health Data, then choose a method for sharing your data.
