Deleted iPhone photos

When a photo is deleted, it will go into the Recently Deleted folder and remain there for 30 days in case you change your mind. When you delete a photo from the Recently Deleted folder, you will see a warning that says continuing with this action will result in the photo being permanently deleted.

If it has been longer then 30 days or you have deleted them from your Recently Deleted folder resulting in them being permanently deleted earlier, then you will not be able to recover the photos.

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

Did you look in the Recently Deleted folder? If they're not there, you'll need to see if you have them backed up somewhere.
