How do I hide the time and date from the menu bar in Sequoia?
I use a third party time and date because it does everything I want when Apple's does not, how do I hide the original Apple one that doesn't do what I want so that I don't have the time or date shown twice?

I’m on Apple’s forum right now though, if Apple wants me to copy and post valuable information about what users want from one part of their own infrastructure to another to avoid them missing that critical information they may just miss that critical information. I’m not doing chores for Apple for free LOL

This is a user-to-user forum. Apple doesn't read here for feedback or suggestions. But, if you don't care to make your opinion known to Apple, then it's that much less likely that the change you want will happen. The expression "cutting off your nose to spite your face" may apply here.
If you and I can make the connection that this would be a good place for Apple to use as a source for feedback, why do you think Apple is not smart enough to realize that as well?
I think it's a bit dramatic to suggest that not going out of my way to do free testing for Apple is "cutting off my nose", if macOS menu bar doesn't live up to my expectations I'll certainly live I just may leave the Apple ecosystem next time I buy a workstation.

its not really removed though, good solution if the question had been "how to turn the clock into an analog clock" though!
Yes I know. But it's certainly less obtrusive than have the time and date in the menu bar twice. :)
Just to add, clicking on the date/time or analog clock in the menu bar opens the Notification Center, so it can't be removed entirely.
I would never want to use the "notification center" feature though, that's another reason I want it to be removed entirely.

Exactly, if Apple see's the water in their forums and refuses to do anything about, opting only to look at stuff specifically gathered through feedback channels...
