Macbook m3 pro screen goes black after sleep but still running

I bought my computer a month ago and I have been concerned about my MacBook Pro having a black screen after sleep. I can see the keyboard lighting up but the screen is just black. I don't use any external cords and no more than 2-3 apps opened and there is battery on my computer. Each time I need to force shut down my computer and when I restart it, It mentions there has been an issue on your computer so the computer shut down.

I went to apple and they said its because I need to regularly shut-down my computer to let it rest, not just sleep but shut down. Is this a regular problem? Can I ask them to change my computer?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.1

I don't have this problem and I never shut down my Macs. Never ever. You might want to boot the Mac in the safe mode to see if the issues persist

If the issues does not persist in the safe mode it might be caused by external software. You might want to evaluate the software installed to your mac

Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.
