I have an icon that appear on calls

Hey. Can someone explain what this icon means, I have it on screen on incoming and outgoing calls. I just bought an iPhone and I don’t understand. Are my calls listen??

Well I tap on it many times and nothing happens 😑🫥🤷, I realised the icon disappear after I press the speaker button.

It's the call recording icon, tap on it to record the phone call.

Call recording is not available in all parts of the world, is some regions it is illegal to record phone calls. You probably live in one of those areas so that option is disabled.
