so I was trying to connect my AirPods and they were giving me a hard time so I hit forget device thinking it would help and now it’s the next day and idk how to connect them back

Open the case, but keep your AirPods in. Press and hold the button on the back until the light on the front begins blinking white. In your Bluetooth settings, wait until you see "AirPods". Click it, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
