iPhone model number ending HN

Hi. I have bought a iPhone 15 from a uk online retailer and the model number that has been delivered ends HN/A. It was advertised as MTP13ZD/A.

I have been onto apple support via messenger tonight and they are saying some features may not work in UK as it’s not made in Uk/EU…..

can anyone confirm if this is actually the case or if the phone will have all the features a ZD/A phone would have.

Anyone using a ZD model in uk with no missing features.

The phone was manufactured for use in India.

It was advertised as MTP13ZD/A.

That would be a phone manufactured for use in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, France, Monaco or Switzerland.......not the UK.

There has clearly been a mistake with the phone that you ordered. Since you did not get what you ordered, you should return the phone for exchange or refund.

If you can tell us where in the UK are you are located, we can tell you what letter you need to look for in the model number.

my current iPhone has a ZD/A model number and has been working fine since I got it in the summer.

im in London.

just concerned for this new phone some of the features won’t work as different model code.

Things "should" work. But, "should" is not the same word as "will". Hopefully another user will see your post and reply.
