Assistance Required for iTunes Application Issue During iPhone Reset

Hi All,

We are encountering an issue while trying to reset iPhones using the iTunes application on the Company laptop. The iTunes application crashes midway through the process.

while iTunes is restoring the software on this iPhone -- iTunes is crashing.

we tried to hard reset the iPhones - iPhone SE 3rd generation, iPhone 13, iPhone 13mini, same issue we are facing.

can someone help on this.
