Can we reduce refresh rate to 50Hz in ipad air 13inch m2chip?

I am using ipad air 13 inch for projecting it on big screen...it's not filling the entire screen and occupies only middle portion. I have to mirror my screen as I need to display what I am writing on ipad. Is there any way to reduce it to 50hz in ipad air M2 as the technician told if it's reduced to 50Hz then it will support full screen disply on projector. And will type c to HDMI connector with hdr support can help in this ??

LP, frame rate and refresh rate are two different things. The OP needs to change the display refresh rate so that the iPad can sync to the projector which apparently does not support the iPad's normal 60Hz refresh rate.

I don't think changing the frame rate does anything to change the refresh. If there's a way to set an iPad to a 50Hz refresh rate, I haven't been able to find it.

Regards.
