System Settings problems since Seqoia 15.1.1

Since updating to Sequoia 15.1.1 there are certain functions I cannot configure (i.e. select on or off) in System Settings. Also, when I want to search for something in System Settings' search field, it gives me random results instead of predictive suggestions.

I have restarted my Mac and restarted it in Safe mode to no avail.
