Apple iPhone Maps, Speed Limits and Speed.

I just found out that Maps will show a speed limit (where the information is available, which seems to be nowhere (Apple take a look at Google Maps, Waze, Here, etc. and make an effort)). But nowhere is there a switch to display the current speed and a warning that your speed is greater than the speed limit.

So, two questions: will Apple improve their Maps with speed limit information and will they ever show the speed (instead of just saying something like "go find a third party app" to do this (we could always go find a third party phone)).

And yes, the Waze's, the Here's and the Google Maps are third party apps but Apple Maps should be able to dominate in terms of integration in the iPhone space.

And PS, please don't say "you have a speedometer in your car"; that statement is not even a cop out.
