My iphone 13 pro was stolen 11.11.2024.

Dear Sir,

Please try to help me to solve my problem.

On November 11, 2024, my iPhone 13 pro phone was stolen. The case was reported to the police and num was provided to them. To this day, the phone has not been found. I recently bought another phone, also an iPhone 13 pro, and i signed in with my iCloud address. When I signed in to my iCloud account i didn't get back my photos and video , which was very strange because before my phone was stolen I bought an additional memory space of 50 GB and it was almost full. Why didn't my photos and videos come back when I signed in to another device when they were stored in the purchased iCloud space?

Can you help me get my photos and videos back to my icloud account?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 18

Can you log into iCloud using your Apple Account and see your photos there? If so, make sure you're connecting to your iCloud account on your iPhone using that same account and that you have the settings in iCloud on the phone set to sync photos. If that setting is on, try toggling the setting off and then back on. Of course make sure you have a strong, fast connection to the Internet; Wi-Fi will be preferred, particularly if you have a lot of photos and videos.

If the photos aren't showing in iCloud.com, then either you used a different Apple Account, or you didn't have your old iPhone set up to sync your photos to iCloud.

Regards.

They must not have synced to iCloud for some reason. Why they did not is impossible to know at this point. But unless, again, you had your iPhone set up to use a different Apple Account or you have a backup of your photos and videos elsewhere, then barring someone else here having a suggestion I can't think of, I'm afraid that they're gone.

Regards.
