Apple customer support team has limited technical capability to resolve the issues - Poor service and product
I bought iPad pro M4 Chip during thanks giving day in Best Buy. I noticed that there is an issue while installing you tube app from app store. whenever I tried to install app using app store which requires payment details, so I added payment details successfully at my apple account. and same payment information is getting pre-filled at app store before installing you tube app at app store except CVV <security code> field, when I tried to click on field and enter code, payment screen gets automatically disappeared. regarding this issues, I have connected 4 different agent, 3 out of 4 agent took a control of my iPad and found the issues what I was explaining. and said that they connect backend team for further help to fix and kept me on hold. after some no help except call disconnect. so It means they are not having enough knowledge to resolve the issues and not able to route the call to concern team to fix the issues. why Apple has to keep this kind of poor customer service if they are not able to provide service for their faulty product and steal customer money and customer waste time. Literally I wasted 4 hours to talk to customer service with no solution. I really disappointed about their product and service.
