How to Stop “Allow This Device to Access Photos and Videos” Popup When Connecting iPad to PC?

Whenever I connect my iPad to my PC via USB, I keep getting the popup that says, “Allow this device to access photos and videos?” It’s a bit annoying, as I don’t always need to access or transfer photos, and I have to dismiss it every time.

I’ve looked in Privacy & Security settings and the Photos section, but I can’t find any option related to USB connections or trusted devices that could stop this popup.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to permanently disable this prompt or prevent the iPad from offering photo access when connected to a PC? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
