Apple watch leave red mark on wrist.

This is the newest apple watch series 10 and I’ve been using it for a month. I use it every single but I take it off during night and wear it again in morning. I’ve noticed that it leave a red mark on the spot. It’s not irritate at all but I’m just worried. So I’m just curious why is there a red mark on my wrist.
