Organizing windows in expose (application windows) on MacOS

When I enter in Expose mode by pressing "control+arrow down" or with "three fingers down" gesture I see all opened window of the application. But they arranged in unknown order. Moreover they change their location in the grid every time I switching between windows.

I have 20-30 opened Finder windows and this behavior is totally confuses me.

Is there possibility to arrange windows alphabetically or somehow else?
