iPhone 16 Pro Max battery life

Yes I’ve seen the other threads but I can’t comment and it won’t let me put in pictures so I wanted to post this. As you can see this is just 50% of me using ChatGPT and one 15 minute FaceTime call. This much battery drain in such a little period of time is insane. And I’m not sure how the app is working but about 95% of the time it’s just me typing in the app or using Siri voice dictation for 5 to 10 minutes at a time and telling ChatGPT not to respond but to just wait for further input and then I would talk for another 10 minutes and tell it to not respond until finally at the end when it started doing some calculating and actually giving me the answers I was looking for the battery finally let up so it seems like there’s some sort of a power drain just for me dictating alone as most of that time you’re seeing here I was just talking to my phone with built-in voice dictation. Towards the end of the time. It became so hard to voice dictate that the words were coming up in a very stuttering way, and ChatGPT itself was acting strange until finally voice dictating as a whole completely stopped and I couldn’t dictate any longer. When I switched to other apps voice, dictation continued Not working, indicating that the problem isn’t necessarily ChatGPT but it’s with the voice dictation feature of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I couldn’t get it to work so I had to reboot and it’s working now, but this needs to be addressed for sure because my phone was also boiling hot Towards the end which just seems strange for something as simple as voice dictation

The measure of battery health deterioration/drainage is subjective and can vary depending on individual usage patterns. There is no universal standard to determine whether the battery health deterioration/drainage is normal or abnormal because it heavily relies on how the battery is used and maintained.

Come on bro. It’s a six day old phone. And it’s about my ninth iPhone I’ve ever had so I have a few past phones to compare it to. I’ve seen the situation before but never have I seen 70% battery drain in two hours. Specially since each generation is supposed to get a little better. Clearly there’s some sort of issue or bug with ChatGPT and voice dictation because it keeps happening that I have to reboot my phone because voice dictation completely stops taking input in any and all apps
