Disappointing Experience with Deepstash Subscription and Refund Policy
I recently subscribed to an app called Deepstash for a free trial, which indicated that I would receive a notification before the trial ended, allowing me the opportunity to cancel. Unfortunately, I never received any notification, and as a result, I forgot about the subscription and was charged for a full year.
I submitted a refund request through Apple, but it was declined—a first for me, as my previous refund requests have always been resolved. After looking into this further, it appears that other users have encountered similar issues.
This experience has been disappointing, as I trusted the app to follow through on its stated policy. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and the user experience moving forward.
