1. Printer Samsung ML-1866

2. WiFi router TP-Link Archer C7 V2 3.15.3 Build 180114 Rel.39265n

3. iMac M1 MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1


Is there any way to connect printer to router through USB and print docs from my Mac wirelessly?


iMac 24″, macOS 15.0

You may want to have a look at a workaround involving an inexpensive Raspberry Pi print server.


The idea here would be to connect the USB-connected ML-1866 as a local printer to the Raspberry Pi running Linux, and then try to share it in an AirPrint-like way on a network (thus not needing Mac drivers).

This would be experimental.
