1. Printer Samsung ML-1866
2. WiFi router TP-Link Archer C7 V2 3.15.3 Build 180114 Rel.39265n
3. iMac M1 MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1
Is there any way to connect printer to router through USB and print docs from my Mac wirelessly?

You may want to have a look at a workaround involving an inexpensive Raspberry Pi print server.
The idea here would be to connect the USB-connected ML-1866 as a local printer to the Raspberry Pi running Linux, and then try to share it in an AirPrint-like way on a network (thus not needing Mac drivers).

This would be experimental.

You'll need to confirm that your particular router model will support being used as a print server.

If you've set up the printer on your router and you can't set it up even as an IP printer, then there may be nothing you can do, then, other than connect the printer directly to the Mac, get a newer router, or get a printer that supports AirPrint, though you can contact TP-Link and ask.

In the menu of router i found Print server settings in USB settings.
But the latest version of MacOS that USB_Printer_Controller_Utility_Mac supports is Mac OS 12.x

Why do you need to connect it to the router? According to what I found, that printer is AirPrint capable.

Unfortunately, Samsung ML-1866 doesn't have built in WiFi unlike Samsung ML-1866W.
