External Curator at Apple Music: How to Apply

I noticed that there is an article on Best Practices for External Playlist Curators at Apple Support. Is there any documentation for applying to become one of these curators?

How do I find out the Most Played Artists in Apple Music I don't subscribe to Apple Music or use the cloud to keep my music but I would like to find out my most played artists in Apple Music which I use from my own collection. There used to be a script from someone on the internet I used to run but it doesn't work anymore but surely there must be some way of analysing your iTunes / Apple Music to get some data from it, like most played artists which adds all the songs by an artist and then makes a list. I can find out most played song from the app itself and create some playlist for different periods etc but the data side of things is pretty poor. Not sure if there is anything out there?

Blocking Artists on Music Any news on whether Apple is considering making Music a little more robust/competitive with other services? I would really love to be able to block artists from playing on Music. So far, I've only found the "suggest less" feature, but like, there are a few artists I truly never want to hear.
