Can't disable Cmd-Q in Cmd-Tab task switcher

An accidental Cmd-Q can be an incredibly destructive operation. To prevent this happening by accident, I used Keyboard Shortcuts to assign the combination to 'Turn Dock hiding on/off', which mostly works well enough, but is being ignored by the task switcher.

If I hit Cmd-Q in the task switcher while Chrome is highlighted, it bypasses the browser's usual quit confirmation and kills everything instantly. I _really_ need that not to happen.

Regardless of how I'm using Keyboard Shortcuts to protect myself in most cases, can Cmd-Q on the task switcher please be removed? The Q key being next to the Tab key, this is _way_ too easy an accident to make for such a destructive operation.

How is it destructive? If I managed to do that, I’d just reopen the app. No loss but time.
