Apple Account recovery without Phone number

I made the mistake of not recording my passwords, and previous phone numbers.

So, each time I got a new device I did not remember my Apple Account login information and just created a new one. I've lost count of how many I've made now -- I'd like to be able to delete each one.

However, I only have access to the emails I used to create those Apple Accounts.

I do NOT have the following:

1) Password for my Apple Account(s)

2) Trusted Phone Number Associated with the Apple Account(s)

3) Trusted Device(s)

4) Recovery Code or Contact

Meaning, https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid is useless to me because it forces me to confirm the phone number with my Apple Account that I don't remember!
