Where to find STARTRACK in Waterloo

I received a notice that my iPhone is ready for pickup at Startrack, but the email is completely unhelpful. It doesn’t include the address, and when I look up the tracking number on Startrack’s site, it just says, “Awaiting collection at WATERLOO PARCEL COLLECTION, WATERLOO NSW, 2017.” That’s ridiculous—that’s a suburb, not an actual address!

A Google Maps search turns up nothing, and I’m at the point where I’m ready to cancel the order and just go to the store myself. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Does anyone know the address for the Startrack location in Waterloo? I’ve tried calling both Apple and Startrack, but I’ve been stuck on hold for over 20 minutes each time. What a joke!

Startrack, unless I'm missing something, is just a tracking service of Australia Post, not an actual delivery service. Waterloo Parcel Collection appears to be here:

Thanks for the reply...had to call StarTrack, which you are right, is a tracking service. It was held at Australia post at:

10-5 Potter Street Waterloo

Would it kill them to include this when they send the message or in the tracking that the Apple Store links to?

Unless that email came directly from Apple, your comments would best be directed to Australia Post. If it did come from Apple themselves, you can provide feedback to Apple here:
