Does the subscription show here?
View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support
I suspect it does not and that you were directed to the Hint site by a Social Media link or Web Advertisement and chose to have your Horoscope read and signed up for a subscription without knowing it. The subscription has nothing to do with Apple and that company would be charging you directly in that case.
What happened when chose the option titled "How do I cancel my subscription?" from the link that was provided.

After that, you can:
- Use the Contact Hint Support from that same link
- Dispute the charge with the bank that issued your card where you see the transaction
- Report the website with your location government agency for consumer protection. In the US we have the FTC to report scams and they assist in getting your money back, but since your currency is in euros, not sure which government agency provides support for you.
Other people have been scammed by this same website as well. The billing description may say something like Hint App and even the website, but it was not because of an app that you were billed. Here is an example where others have been scammed. Note that not all links in the post still work as it was a year ago and Hint has changed how cancellation occurs, but some of them still do.
