I converted a document at work into the IBooks format, but I want to share with only specific people via email. How do I go about doing that ? I can see the new IBook on my devices but the share only sends a blank email without an attachment of the IBook itself …

What format exactly? .epub? Are you trying to do this on an ipad or on a Mac? Is the book file sitting in the Books app or someplace else?
How large is it? Books can get too big for email to handle.
