Mac Mini M4 not compatible fro extended display with ipad mini 6?

hey. i've recently shifted from macbook pro m1 to mac mini 4, i tried evrything to extend the display using my ipad mini 6, the ipad is able to mirror the screen to the mac but the mac m4 is not able to extende the display, in the displays option there is not visible settings to add on thr mac, i've already checked option but it's not connecting, please help.

Please make sure to follow these requirements:

Additional requirements

Both devices must be signed in with the same Apple Account using two-factor authentication.
To use Sidecar wirelessly, both devices must be within 10 meters (30 feet) of each other and have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Handoff turned on. Your iPad must not be sharing its cellular connection and your Mac must not be sharing its internet connection.
To use Sidecar over USB, your iPad must be set to trust your Mac.
Make sure your Mac is using the latest version of macOS.
